We offer a variety of shipping options (and we’re currently working on adding more!) to serve our users in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. While our fulfillment times are normally within 2-3 business days, shipping can be affected by a number of factors (such as the type of product being shipped due to the weight, how many items are in the package, speed of shipping selected and the location of the receiving party). We ship from the US, so please keep that in mind if the receiving party is located in another country.

Here’s a brief overview of our shipping methods:

Domestic (Within the United States)

Shipping domestically within the United States may take from 2 up to 5 business days depending on the type of shipping selected and the location of the receiving party.

Note – Shipping to specific areas of the United States such as Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7 – 10 business days.

Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada may take from 10 to up to 14 business days depending on the type of shipping selected and the location of the receiving party.

International Shipping

Shipping internationally may take from 10 to up to 18 business days depending on the type of shipping selected and the country of the receiving party.

All shipping will be provided with a tracking number that you can track real time as soon as it leaves the facility.

All shipping will have the return label address as coming from our fulfillment centers unless you specifically choose to designate your own return address/name within your account.
